The question often sounded on my ears, every time my friend ask me… “I want to buy a new notebook, which do I choose, Windows or Mac OS X?” Well… I can’t give them an exact answer since everyone have their own needs.
So I ask them their needs, “what do you buy notebook for?” If you do lots of designing or editing video, then I might suggest you go for Mac. Friday Tips - 7 Ways Configuring Startup and Shutdown [XP]

1. AUTOMATIC LOGIN

  • Go to [RUN] and type “control userpasswords2
  • Uncheck [User must enter user name and password to use this computer]

2. FIXING SHUTDOWN PROBLEM (computer won’t shutdown)

  • Go to [RUN] and type “regedit
  • Navigate to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER] > [CONTROL PANEL] > [DESKTOP] OR [HKEY_USERS] > [DEFAULT] > [DESKTOP]
  • Change “PowerOffActive” to 1.
