Microsoft to Acquire Danger, Get Rejected from Yahoo!

Danger Inc

Ever heard of sidekick? No, this isn’t kungfu or karate things… but it is a mobile platform to enhance your mobile experiences. Sidekick was developed by Danger Inc, a company that has been acquired by Microsoft. Here is more information from Danger website about the acquisition.

Well… Recently I got information from various sources, one of them is from here, that Yahoo positively 99% to reject Microsoft offers. But Again Yahoo also not showing any intention to negotiate with Google too. So maybe Jerry Yang still discussing with it’s partner inside Yahoo. We’ll wait for him and see which route he take.

Back to acquisition, there is no info yet about the amount that Microsoft provided. But with this acquisition Microsoft will enhance their Windows Mobile experience to the next level. We shall wait what is Microsoft big plan after this acquisition.
