As we all know that Vista SP1 will be available for download next month (march). SP1 will give lots of improvement and fixing any compatibility issue within your Vista OS.
Currently Vista SP1 version is RCR2 (Release Candidate Refresh 2), but according to GeekAnatomy the build for RCR2 is the same as SP1 RTM which is build 18000.
According to PC World, leaked version of Vista SP1 already available for download on many torrent site. I’ve visited one of the favorite torrent site and check out the comments, some says it is fake, but can’t be confirmed yet about it. You have to try it yourself to make sure that it is fake or not. Anyway the file size is quite big… almost hit 3gb.
Still according to PC World, performance result mixed with Vista SP1, while file transfer is faster, the other features get slower. But all that performance measures depend on your system specification.
For those of you who is very eager to use SP1, you may download it from torrent, but I can assure you it is gonna be slow download as not many people seed the files.
